Is Your Cardio Holding Your Back?

Your cardiovascular fitness is a critical factor for your health and fitness goals. It doesn't matter if you are concerned about longevity or if you are trying to lift as much weight as you can, if your cardiovascular fitness is poor it will be holding you back.
